Prize Drawing Official Rules
OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. AN ELIGIBLE ENTRY ACTION IS REQUIRED. A PURCHASE, DONATION, MEMBERSHIP, ACCOUNT OPENING, OR ENROLLMENT IN A PRODUCT OR SERVICE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR ODDS OF WINNING.
Participation in the New Alliance FCU Ambridge Grand Reopening Prize Drawing constitutes acceptance of these Official Rules.
1. Sponsor
The New Alliance FCU Ambridge Grand Reopening Prize Drawing, referred to as the “Prize Drawing,” is sponsored by:
New Alliance Federal Credit Union

Ambridge, PA 15003
New Alliance Federal Credit Union is referred to in these Official Rules as the “Sponsor.”
The Prize Drawing is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with the Pittsburgh Steelers, the National Football League, or any social media platform used to promote the Prize Drawing.
2. Promotion Period
The Prize Drawing begins on August 11, 2026, and ends on September 15, 2026 at [INSERT ENTRY DEADLINE] Eastern Time, referred to as the “Promotion Period.”
All entries must be received before the end of the Promotion Period.
The Sponsor’s records will be the official method for determining whether an entry was received during the Promotion Period.
3. Eligibility
The Prize Drawing is open to legal residents of Pennsylvania who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Membership in New Alliance Federal Credit Union is not required to enter or win.
Employees, officers, officials, and directors of New Alliance Federal Credit Union, members of their immediate families, and individuals residing in the same household as those persons are not eligible to participate.
For purposes of these Official Rules, immediate family includes a spouse, parent, child, sibling, and the spouse of any such individual.
The Prize Drawing is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
4. How to Enter
Eligible participants must complete one eligible entry action during the Promotion Period to receive one entry into the Prize Drawing.
Eligible entry actions are:
A. Donate Qualifying Classroom Supplies
Donate qualifying new classroom supplies at a New Alliance FCU branch during the Promotion Period or at the Ambridge Grand Reopening on September 15, 2026.
B. Enroll in eStatements
Eligible New Alliance FCU members may enroll in eStatements in person during the Promotion Period.
C. Become a New Alliance FCU Member
An eligible individual may establish a new membership with New Alliance Federal Credit Union during the Promotion Period, subject to New Alliance FCU membership eligibility requirements and applicable account terms.
D. Free Method of Entry
Visit any New Alliance FCU branch during normal business hours during the Promotion Period and request an Ambridge Grand Reopening Prize Drawing entry form.
A free entry form will also be available at the Ambridge Grand Reopening on September 15, 2026 until the close of the Promotion Period.
Complete the requested entry information and submit the form to an authorized New Alliance FCU representative.
No purchase, payment, donation, membership, account opening, deposit, or enrollment in a New Alliance FCU product or service is required to use the free method of entry.
A valid entry received through the free method of entry has the same chance of winning as an entry received through any other eligible entry action.
5. Entry Limit
N/A.
6. No Purchase or Financial Relationship Required
No purchase, payment, donation, membership, account opening, deposit, loan, enrollment in a financial product or service, or other financial transaction is required to enter or win.
Completing any purchase, donation, account opening, membership application, enrollment, or other financial activity will not provide an additional entry or improve the participant’s odds of winning.
The free method of entry described in Section 4 provides the same opportunity to enter and win as all other eligible entry methods.
7. Prizes
Winners will receive Pittsburgh Steelers memorabilia signed by Alex Highsmith.
Before these Official Rules are published, the Sponsor will identify each prize and its Approximate Retail Value.
No substitution, transfer, assignment, or cash redemption of a prize is permitted except at the Sponsor’s discretion.
The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if an advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control.
All federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs or expenses associated with accepting or using a prize are the responsibility of the winner unless otherwise required by law.
8. Winner Selection
Potential winners will be selected through a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
The drawing will take place on September 15, 2026 at:
New Alliance Federal Credit Union
Ambridge Branch
835 Merchant Street
Ambridge, PA 15003
Participants do not need to attend the Ambridge Grand Reopening or be present at the drawing to enter or win.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
Each participant is eligible to win no more than one prize unless otherwise expressly stated by the Sponsor.
9. Winner Notification
Potential winners will be notified using the contact information provided with their entry.
Notification may be made by telephone, email, or another reasonable contact method available to the Sponsor.
A potential winner must respond to New Alliance Federal Credit Union within five business days after the Sponsor’s first notification attempt.
If a potential winner:
- cannot be contacted;
- does not respond within the required period;
- is determined to be ineligible;
- refuses or declines the prize;
- fails to provide requested eligibility verification; or
- otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, the potential winner may be disqualified.
The Sponsor may then select an alternate winner through another random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.
10. Verification and Prize Claim
All potential winners are subject to verification by New Alliance Federal Credit Union.
The Sponsor may require a potential winner to provide reasonable proof of identity, age, Pennsylvania residency, and eligibility before awarding a prize.
Winners will receive instructions from New Alliance Federal Credit Union concerning collection or delivery of their prizes.
Failure to claim a prize within the period specified by the Sponsor may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner.
11. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for New Alliance Federal Credit Union to identify the winner by first name, last initial, city or community of residence, and prize won for reasonable promotional and informational purposes associated with the Prize Drawing.
Any additional use of a winner’s photograph, image, likeness, testimonial, or statement will be subject to any consent or authorization required by applicable law or New Alliance Federal Credit Union policy.
12. Privacy
Information collected through the Prize Drawing will be used to administer the promotion, verify eligibility, contact potential winners, distribute prizes, maintain required records, prevent fraud, and fulfill other legitimate purposes related to administration of the Prize Drawing.
Information will be handled in accordance with applicable law and New Alliance Federal Credit Union’s privacy policies.
Entering the Prize Drawing does not, by itself, constitute consent to receive promotional email, text messages, or other marketing communications where separate consent is required.
13. General Conditions
New Alliance Federal Credit Union reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:
- tampers with or attempts to manipulate the entry or selection process;
- submits false, fraudulent, incomplete, or misleading information;
- attempts to obtain more than the permitted number of entries;
- violates these Official Rules;
- acts in a disruptive or abusive manner in connection with the Prize Drawing; or
- otherwise attempts to gain an unfair advantage.
The Sponsor reserves the right to suspend, modify, postpone, or terminate the Prize Drawing if fraud, technical problems, unauthorized intervention, legal requirements, events beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control, or other circumstances materially affect the security, fairness, integrity, or proper administration of the promotion.
If the Prize Drawing is terminated before its scheduled conclusion, the Sponsor may select winners from eligible entries received before termination to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Decisions of the Sponsor concerning administration of the Prize Drawing and interpretation of these Official Rules are final to the extent permitted by applicable law.
14. Release and Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, entrants agree that New Alliance Federal Credit Union and its officers, officials, directors, employees, representatives, and agents will not be responsible for losses, damages, injuries, claims, or liabilities arising from participation in the Prize Drawing or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of a prize, except to the extent that such liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, misdirected, corrupted, illegible, or technically unsuccessful entries resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Nothing in these Official Rules limits or waives any right, obligation, or protection that cannot legally be limited or waived.
15. Governing Law
The Prize Drawing and these Official Rules are governed by applicable federal law and the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
16. Official Rules and Questions
These Official Rules will be available on the New Alliance Federal Credit Union website throughout the Promotion Period.
