Your Credit Union, Year After Year
Annual Reports
We’re proud of our continued dedication to efficiency and innovation that empowers us to better serve you. By streamlining operations and investing in enhanced digital services, we’ve delivered faster, more secure banking with lower fees and better rates. Our member-owned ethos guides every decision, ensuring that improvements translate into real benefits. Looking ahead, we remain committed to being your trusted financial partner, ready to meet your evolving needs.

We continued to thrive despite economic uncertainty and volatility in the financial markets. Our focus on low-risk, member-owned banking helped strengthen trust in credit unions during a national banking crisis. We remained committed to providing safe, reliable financial services, while enhancing our brand and investing in the community — including a modern update to our Center Township branch. As always, we looked ahead with a clear mission: to enrich lives through exceptional service, education, and compassion.

Despite ongoing challenges from the pandemic, we remained strong and adaptable in 2021. We maintained financial stability with increased assets, launched a new website with improved navigation and secure online forms, and upgraded our online banking platform to include self-service password resets. Operational changes, like a walk-up window and expanded drive-thru services, allowed us to continue safely serving members. We also began construction on a new branch in Pittsburgh’s Lawrenceville neighborhood, extending our reach to a growing and underserved community.

In 2020, we adapted to a changing world by embracing digital tools and expanding member services. Highlights from 2019 included launching remote deposit capture, Apple Pay, and Google Pay, as well as opening an on-campus branch at the Community College of Beaver County to support youth financial literacy. We also introduced free accidental death insurance for members and welcomed our new mascot, Alie, symbolizing our “Come Grow With Us” mission. Strong audit results and an excellent CAMEL rating reaffirmed our financial stability and member-focused approach.

In 2019, we continued building momentum with new, competitively priced loan programs that were well-received by our members. As always, our focus remained on putting members and community needs first, and we’re proud of the progress made through strong leadership and shared support. With your help spreading the word, we’re shaping a stronger future—together.

In 2018, we focused on making your experience more convenient through upgrades to both technology and service. We introduced Mobile Deposit, Instant Issue VISA cards, and the You Choose Rewards Program to give members more flexibility and value. We also improved our phone system to help ensure more members reach a live representative when they call.
